USES OF THE WEB SITE GENERALLY.

Provided that you otherwise fully comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Company authorizes you to view, download and print out a single copy of any material on the Web Site, solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Unauthorized use of the Web Site and/or the Materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY.

YOUR INDEMNITY.
